REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase PainXPro will refund your purchase.

Please contact us by emailing shop@painxpro.com to receive return instructions and an RMA.

The product must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in with the original bottle/jar/container and packaging and still have the product within it.

If the product was a gift, please have the original purchaser contact us, so we can process the return with them, any credits or replacements will be done with the original purchaser, but they may select to have the replacement sent to the gift recipient or credit for replacement merchandise applied toward the recipients choice of products
